By authorizing or using Neo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize Neo and revoke any existing Google access.
Neo is a personal AI assistant operated by Mayron. It can read owner-authorized Google Gmail and Calendar data (and other integrations the owner enables) to answer questions, prepare briefings, and run owner-directed workflows on private infrastructure.
Neo is provided for the owner and accounts the owner explicitly connects. You must have authority to grant Neo access to any Google account you connect.
Neo’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Neo’s interface, and not for independent advertising or selling.
Neo may use language and speech models. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for checking important actions (messages, scheduling decisions, financial or legal matters) before relying on them.
Neo is provided as-is for personal use. Features may change, break, or be unavailable (including when Google tokens expire, hosts are offline, or upstream model providers fail).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF NEO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF NEO OR FROM AUTHORIZING GOOGLE ACCESS.
You may stop using Neo at any time and revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. The operator may disable Neo or disconnect integrations at any time, including for security or maintenance.
These Terms may be updated. The effective date will change when they are. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
